Diplomatic immunities and privileges are among the most important pillars of international relations. They seek to ensure the effective performance of the functions of diplomatic missions and to emphasize the strengthening of their relations on the basis of the principles of equality and sovereignty between states. Human rights are not subject to restriction or derogation, even in exceptional circumstances. These rights are constantly subject to serious violations by diplomatic envoys in the territory of the host state.
