Fee Payment
The Journal of Al-Ma'moon University College (JAC) is committed to disseminating high-quality, open-access research to the global scientific community. To cover the costs associated with editorial workflow, plagiarism screening, copyediting, typesetting, DOI assignment, Crossref registration, and long-term digital archiving, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted manuscripts.
1. Article Processing Charges (APC) Structure
Upon initial submission of a manuscript, authors are required to pay the standard base APC fee:

Standard Submission & Publishing Fee: 000 IQD (Iraqi Dinars).

Coverage: This fee covers initial manuscript evaluation, peer-review management, editing, typesetting, and online publication.

Extra Page Surcharges
To maintain conciseness and logical presentation of scientific findings, additional charges apply for manuscripts exceeding standard page limits:

Applied Sciences: An extra fee of 000 IQD per additional page is charged if the manuscript exceeds 10 pages.

Humanities & Social Sciences: An extra fee of 000 IQD per additional page is charged if the manuscript exceeds 20 pages.
2. Payment Terms & Methods

Submission Confirmation: Base processing fees are due upon manuscript submission or initial desk approval as per the journal administrative procedure.

Page Count Calculation: Extra page fees (if applicable) are finalized and invoiced upon completion of the copyediting and typesetting phase prior to online publication.
- Non-refundable Policy: APCs cover the administration and review processes; therefore, fees are non-refundable once the manuscript has entered formal peer evaluation or editorial review.
