Abstract

The research aims to acquaint the company with the methods of balancing
the production line and work on applying them and benefiting from them
in the savings achieved by those methods by choosing the water pump
assembly line in the General Company for Electrical Industries /
Ministerial, and that the importance of the research is to achieve financial
savings and enhance the competitive advantage by reducing The idle time
of the pump assembly line helps in delivering the products on time.
The results of the research showed that using the first method of
discretionary methods (the longest activity method) in balancing the
production line will lead to reducing idle time in addition to raising the
efficiency of the assembly line.
