This study was conducted in the garden of the scientific departments, College of Education for Girls/Tikrit University, at the beginning of August until the end of November for the 2024 season, with the aim of studying the effect of spraying two types of commercial marine algae on the vegetative growth of the cowpea plant, Ramshorn variety. The first type is 3000 Algacifo , which is symbolized by the letter (A), at a concentration of 0: 1.5: 3: 6 ml/liter of distilled water, and the second type is Algua Rain, which is symbolized by the letter (B), at concentrations of 0: 1: 2: 4. The field experiment was carried out according to the RCRP complete randomized block design with three replications of spraying the algae extract Algua Rain on the cowpea plant at concentrations (B3) The following conclusions were reached:
- Spraying the algae extract (Algua rain) on cowpea plants at concentrations of (B3(.
- The highest concentration of (B3) was found in all studied vegetative traits, such as the number of branches, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, and number of pods per plant, meaning it provided the plant with the best growth and production.
- The two-way interactions between the extracts (Algua rain) and (3000 Algacifo ) produced a significant response in most vegetative growth indicators of cowpea plants.
